AdvisorAI is a private personal productivity application used by its owner. This policy explains how AdvisorAI uses Google account data in connection with its email-based review workflow.
AdvisorAI may request permission to send email and to read email from a dedicated Gmail account used for the application.
Gmail access is used only for application workflow purposes, including:
AdvisorAI may store limited workflow information locally, such as message identifiers, thread identifiers, processing status, content identifiers, review decisions, and review comments needed to operate the application and prevent duplicate processing.
The application is designed to retain only the information needed for the workflow. It is not intended to store unrelated email content, corporate signatures, or confidential client information.
AdvisorAI does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. The application is for the owner's personal use and is not offered as a public service.
OAuth credentials and application data are stored in the owner's local AdvisorAI environment. Access should be limited to the owner and to systems necessary to operate the application.
Locally stored workflow records may be retained for operational history, quality improvement, and duplicate-processing protection. The owner can delete local AdvisorAI records and can revoke AdvisorAI's Google account access at any time through the Google Account permissions settings.
AdvisorAI is not intended to ingest or process confidential client information, protected firm information, or other non-public client data through this external workflow.
